Each summer Source Ministries hosts 30+ young men and women in Minneapolis to learn about ways to make a difference in the world around them. UMT gives a wide spectrum of experience from different pastors, speakers, and credible urban ministries (shelters, urban missions, inner-city churches, halfway houses, etc.) Along with the teachings on relevant issues needed for ministry, electives are offered to allow individuals to experience specific desired areas of ministry.
